At Neo Direct, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home furniture and decor purchases. If your item isn't the perfect fit for your space, you can return it to us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and provide a reason for the request.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Ensure all products are disassembled and placed back into their original packaging with all hardware and assembly manuals included.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
